Piano Lessons
In a weekly one-on-one lesson, students will receive trainings including sight-reading skills, finger techniques, practice strategies, artistic interpretation, music theory and music history. Piano performance is not only about playing the correct notes on the score and mastering all the techniques, but also about allowing students to listen to the music and feel it in their hearts.
Music Composition Lessons
Creativity is the most fascinating element in music making. Every week, students will receive instruction in fundamental compositional technique, musical form, song writing, and instrumental writing. Through this training, students will enhance their compositional skills and imagination, so they can be inspired to create their own beautiful music.
Ear Training and Music Theory
The purpose of ear training and music theory studies is to help students sharpen their musical understanding, develop their musicality, and achieve greater musicianship. Through working on sight-singing, rhythmic patterns, four-part harmony, and musical analysis, students will acquire deeper understanding of music and gain comprehensive music knowledge.
